Shipping and payment
How an order on sky-shop.pro goes from the cart to your door.
Ordering
Add products to the cart and place an order: enter your contact details and the delivery address. There is no payment on the site.
Confirmation
After you place the order, a manager contacts you by phone, email or messenger to confirm availability, the shipping cost and the delivery time.
Shipping
We ship abroad by CDEK — to your address or to a CDEK pickup point. The cost and timing depend on the country and the parcel size; the manager names them before dispatch.
Payment
Orders shipped to an address are paid in full before dispatch. After the payment you receive a confirmation that the order is ready to ship. The manager will agree the payment method with you.
Prices
Prices on the site are in Russian rubles (₽). The product page shows when the price was last updated; the final amount is confirmed by the manager.
